Return Policy

Eleanor Mayfair does everything possible to provide an excellent shopping experience. However, if you wish to return a product, you will find our return policy clearly and in detail below.

UK Statutory Rights: This Return Policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which provide UK consumers with a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. Nothing in this Return Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described) or other applicable UK consumer-protection legislation.

Conditions for Returning a Product

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request can only be made after physically receiving the product.
  • All return costs, including international shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer (subject to statutory consumer rights for defective goods).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Trying on the item is allowed, but using it is not permitted.
  • Returns will not be accepted for orders where the customer intentionally purchased the same product in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.

Return Process

  1. Request your return by sending an email to info@eleanormayfair.com within 30 days of receiving the product. (Note: your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is separate from this 30-day goodwill window and runs from the day after delivery.)
  2. We will provide the return address from our international logistics centre.
  3. Send the item at your own expense, including any additional costs such as customs duties or shipping fees.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (track & trace).

Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected at the return address, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where you exercise your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, refunds will be processed in line with the statutory 14-day timeframe from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of return.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages when the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If the customer enters an incorrect address, full responsibility lies with the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
