Orders & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Most UK orders arrive within 5β7 working days. We prepare and dispatch each order within 1β2 working days, and tracked delivery with Royal Mail follows from there. During busy periods β sales or holidays β delivery can occasionally take up to 10β12 working days; your tracking link always shows the very latest.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order β there's no minimum spend.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
No β all duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay. There's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. The moment your order leaves us, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you haven't seen it, do check your spam folder β and if it's still missing, just email us.
Where is my order?
Your tracking link shows the latest update at any time. If it has been more than 10 working days since you ordered and your parcel still hasn't arrived, email us at info@eleanormayfair.com with your order number and we'll chase it up for you straight away.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment we ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to open to more of Europe before long.
Can I change my address or order after placing it?
If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible β within 24 hours of ordering β and we'll do our very best to correct it before your parcel is dispatched. Once it's on its way, we're no longer able to change the address.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size guide with bust, waist and hip measurements in centimetres, alongside the matching UK sizes. Measure your bust at the fullest point, waist at the narrowest and hips at the widest, then match against the table. Between sizes? We'd take the larger β our cuts are made to drape, not to cling.

Message us via the chat bubble or email us the piece you're considering along with your usual measurements, and we'll gladly advise.
What if it doesn't fit?
No trouble at all β you have 30 days to return it, free of fuss. See our returns information below. We want you to love what you wear.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You may request a return on unworn items, in their original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@eleanormayfair.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Full details are in our Return Policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect β what should I do?
We're so sorry. Email us a photo along with your order number and we'll put it right immediately, at no cost to you.
Payment & Security
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept all major cards β Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express β as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Every payment is processed securely.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes β choose Klarna at checkout to split your payment. You'll see the available options before you confirm your order.
Is it safe to order?
Yes. Our checkout is encrypted and your details are never stored by us or shared with anyone.
