5. Returns and Cancellations

For information regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations, please refer to our Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 applies in addition to any goodwill return window described in the Return Policy. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed by us (subject to your statutory cancellation right). Customers may return items after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Liability

Eleanor Mayfair is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs procedures, courier disruptions, or force majeure events (subject to statutory consumer rights for non-conforming goods). Once an order has been marked as delivered according to the tracking information, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly. If an incorrect address is provided, customers must contact us within 24 hours so we can attempt to update the order before dispatch.

Nothing in this Article 6 excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
